Finally...

This lingering cough I've had for a while has gone away. I've been coughing since we got back from our Tahoe trip, but it was just a dry cough. No phelgm, but an itchy feeling in my throat. I'm glad it's gone away, now I can resume my work and normal routines with 100% health. Sometimes these coughs would be killer on my head since coughing so much would bring headaches on and off throughout the day. Other times I sound like a laughing hyena as I speak and cough at the same time. I took tylenol, took nyquil/dayquil, ate cough drops like skittles, drank robitussin shots, hot tea, but that would only suppress my cough for a few moments. Alright, I just hope I can be healthy the rest of the year. Good thing too, because I've been keeping up with my New Years Resolution. Nowadays, I am much more awake, excited and happy about the way I feel. Well, I gotta get ready for work. Heading off to Manhattan Beach today, no not to relax, but for work... We'll see maybe if I finish early enough I'll persue my new photography hobby!

MLK Weekend @ Tahoe

(note: we are the Olympic winners this weekend)

One of the funnest weekend this year. Ha, it's been only three weeks in the new year. It was a great weekend hanging out with close friends... snowboarding, ice skating (i'm thinking of turning pro), and playing games. The whole trip was awesome, I can't wait to play some games again, I know I won't jack up this time.

Here are the pictures from this past weekend.... MLK Weekend @ Tahoe

10 Days Straight...

of work is freakin crazy. I never thought I could do it, but it's not that bad since my job isn't that stressful. All I do is drive to clients and try to fix their network problems or whatever is computer related. I worked the past weekend just so I could get this Friday and Monday for the snowboard/ice skating/crazy vacation in Lake Tahoe. I still gotta start packing up because all my junk is spread out all over the place. I just need to start looking for my snowboard gear and I'll be set. At least the snowboard rack is up in my new ride and the tires and everything are good for the trip. Alright, I'm gonna take a little nap before I start my packing. Til then, only 31 hours til we depart for Lake Tahoe!

First Week of 2006

The first week of 2006 was a pretty hectic week for me, mainly for work, but I don't wanna think about work right now. Happy New Year to everyone!. I'd like to say 2005 was a good year, visited places such as Costa Rica *Pura Vida!!!*, Phoenix & Atlanta *for work, but gotta check out the Oasis in ATL, it's grreaaaaat*, Chicago *downtown Chi-town with the crew was a blast*, and Las Vegas *always a fun trip*. I am also blessed to find a company where I love going to work because it deals with computers and networks, the 2 funnest things I love working with, haha I know I'm a nerd. I also spent time with family and friends a lot during the Holidays and that's what made the end of 2005 awesome. Also, at the last month of the year, I made the biggest purchase, a GMC Yukon. I finally had the courage to make this purchase with the savings I had over the years. Now my credit is a little bit stronger for that big purchase I plan on doing in a few years. Well I would like to thank everyone who has been there for me and I hope this year brings another great adventure in your life.

ps. Shockers season 2 is about to start again. Anyone down to play some softball? Just let me know...
