Adjustment Period...

Damn, I've been trying to adjust back to reality and it's sooooo hard. After a long vacation and not working for 10 days straight, I still haven't been able to fully recover. The past few days after returning from Japan I get so tired during the day and am wide awake during the night. Lately, the earliest I can sleep is around 1:30-2am. I guess I'm still a little jetlagged, but I thought after a couple days I would be fine. It is now Tuesday and I wake up dreading work. I even tried taking nyquil to get sleepy, but that didn't work. Tonight, I will try to sleep by 1am and hopefully get enough rest to wake up at 8am. Wish me luck!

I know what you mean! I am sleeping later than usual. No wonder why you were online last night at 2am, I thought you should've been sleeping!
